What to expect: Everything but the kitchen sink! You will get a little bit of everything in this class, jumping, strength work, core burnout, and feeling every bit of your body get fired up.
Equipment needed: A bench if you have one, or a dining chair, yoga blocks, a tall pot, floor cushions, or an ottoman (you can get creative). Dumbbells, something medium to heavy in weight, and your mat! I will give options to do the class without the extra equipment so you won't feel left out if you don't have it or use it.
