What to expect: Put on your cozy clothes, maybe even grab your beverage of choice and get ready to work on your feet, ankles, and calves. We are going to move slow and spend dedicated time working mobility and flexibility on our foundation.
Equipment: Tennis ball/lacrosse ball/golf ball (which ever you have on hand will work for this class), and your mat.
